  2. Data controller – N.D PROJECT LTD, Ha-Oman St 1, Binyamina – Giv’at Ada, Israel, Business ID 514383157 (“ND Project,” “we,” “us”).
  3. This policy explains how we process personal data in connection with www.nd-project.com, in line with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), to the extent it applies to visitors from the EU/EEA.
  4. Personal data we collect: name, email address, phone number, company name, and any message content you submit through our contact form. We also collect cookie/analytics data as described in our Cookies Policy.
  5. Purpose of processing: to respond to project inquiries, provide information about our products and services, and manage our business relationship with prospective and existing partners and clients.
  6. Legal basis:
    • Contact form submissions – processed based on your consent (by submitting the form) and, where a business relationship develops, our legitimate interest in responding to and pursuing that relationship.
    • Analytics/advertising cookies – processed based on your consent, given via the cookie banner.
  7. Recipients – your data may be shared with: (a) ND Project staff and regional partners directly involved in handling your inquiry; (b) our website hosting/development provider, modernewebstranky.sk, for technical site operation; (c) Google (Analytics, Ads), where analytics/advertising cookies are enabled.
  8. We do not sell or trade personal data to third parties. Data is only shared with the recipients listed above.
  9. Embedded content – pages may include embedded content (e.g. maps, videos). Embedded content behaves as if you visited the third-party site directly, and that provider may collect data about your interaction with it independently of us.
  10. Retention period – contact form data is retained for as long as needed to manage the inquiry or business relationship, and for up to 3 years after your last contact with us, after which it is deleted unless a longer period is required by law.
  11. Your rights – under GDPR Chapter 3, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, restrict or object to its processing, request data portability, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at office@nd-project.com.
  12. You may withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
  13. This policy is effective as of 24.9.2026.
