A central irrigation system for a modern avocado orchard

Tembo is a modern avocado orchard that needed one central irrigation system. Water came from a borehole that was feeding pivots. We diverted it into a reservoir and built a centralized drip system on top of it. The system uses Amiad filters, Metzer dripline, radio controlled valves and an acid neutralization system. We kept the existing pipes and pumps and made sure they work well under the heavy daily use of an intensive orchard.
